Balloon decor pricing is shaped by four things: size, design complexity, install needs, and location. Below is what you can expect to start with. Every quote is tailored to your event.
Starting prices
Grab & Go Garland (Pre-Assembled • Pickup)
Pre-assembled garland. You pick up and hang.
Installed Garland
Eight-foot minimum. Delivered and installed. A $275 minimum applies to on-site decor.
Balloon Columns
Single or pair, weighted base.
Classic Balloon Arch
Even-sized balloons on frame.
Organic Balloon Arch
Mixed sizes, lush styling.
Backdrop + Balloons
Panel or shimmer wall with garland.
Marquee Number Rentals
Light-up marquee numbers available for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate celebrations, and milestone events.
Pricing depends on number quantity, event location, delivery requirements, setup access, and the amount of balloon styling requested.
Foil, Specialty & Character Balloons
Personalize your decor with foil shapes, numbers, letters, specialty finishes, character balloons, and themed accents.

Minimums & booking
- • A deposit is required to reserve your date
- • On-site installations have a $275 decor minimum. Delivery, setup, parking, venue-access, travel, and teardown charges may apply separately.
- • Final balance due before install day
